As a Chapin native, Chase has always felt drawn to the Upstate. In 2017, he packed up his belongings and moved to Greenville on a whim. Two months later, Chase met his wife and knew then that this would be his forever home.

As a child, Chase's family was always scouting homes and prospecting houses. This coupled with his service industry background fueled his passion for real estate and helping others. Guiding clients through life changing decisions is a responsibility he takes seriously. He goes the extra mile ensuring they feel relaxed and well-informed. This dedication to his clients led him to partner with Kiersten Bell + Co.

Whether it be finding his clients the perfect home or participating in community outreach programs, Chase is always looking for ways to serve his community. When Chase moved to Greenville, he did not know anybody, but through his outreach and passion for building connections, he has now made it his home.
