As a Chapin native, Chase has always felt drawn to the Upstate. In 2017, he packed up his belongings and moved to Greenville on a whim. Two months later, Chase met his wife and knew then that this would be his forever home.

As a child, Chase's family was always scouting homes and prospecting houses. This coupled with his service industry background fueled his passion for real estate and helping others. Guiding clients through life changing decisions is a responsibility he takes seriously. He goes the extra mile ensuring they feel relaxed and well-informed.
