Meet Chuck Hayes

Charles “Chuck” Hayes hails from the scenic foothills of Northern California, where his early love for enology and viticulture was cultivated. He furthered his education and athletic pursuits at Georgia Southern University, where he played Men’s Soccer and graduated with the class of 1995. Currently, Chuck serves as the Development Chair for the Peachtree Hills Civic. Association, offering his expertise to city planners, architects, arborists, and utility companies.

Embarking on his professional journey in 1998, Chuck entered the realm of residential construction and real estate. As a licensed Residential General Contractor and REALTOR, he brings a comprehensive and unique perspective to the Greenville and Upstate markets. His proficiency spans the entire spectrum of real estate transactions, encompassing land acquisition, development, individual home sales and purchases, as well as multi-family marketing and remodeling. Chuck's unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation continues to drive his success and contribute to the vibrant growth of the communities he serves.
