Born and raised in Greenville, Holly Edenfield is excited to join Kiersten Bell + Co. as the team's Transaction Coordinator. Although she spent five years in Charleston while attending college, she always knew the Upstate was where she wanted to build her life. In fact, she now lives in her childhood home, making Greenville not just where she works, but where her roots run deep.

Having watched Greenville evolve over the past 25 years, Holly has a unique appreciation for the city's incredible growth while still cherishing the small-town Southern charm that makes it so special. She loves discovering new restaurants, browsing local farmers markets, antiquing, and staying active while exploring everything Greenville and the surrounding communities have to offer.
With her local knowledge, attention to detail, and passion for serving others, Holly is dedicated to creating a smooth, organized transaction experience from contract to closing. She is proud to call Greenville home and looks forward to helping others feel right at home here, too.
