"Finding and buying a house from hundreds of miles away is never easy, but Kiersten made it as easy as it could be. During our first visit to Greenville, Kiersten helped us in identifying the neighborhoods, and the type of house we were looking for, knowing that we were not planning on buying for several months. After we returned home, she regularly sent updated listings, and when we finally identified a house that looked to be the right fit, she drove out to the house the next day, checked it out herself, and then took a detailed video of the inside, outside, and the view from the house, and sent it to us. This convinced us to make the 900-mile drive to visit, and eventually buy this house. But what impressed us the most about Kiersten was not just her help in finding and buying the house, but what she did after the closing. At first, we were unable to move into the house right away, so Kiersten visited the house a couple of weeks after closing to make sure everything was still in order and working properly. Even two months after closing, when we couldn’t find someone to perform a certain job, we contacted Kiersten and within 24 hours she had done some research and forwarded the names of several individuals who would perform the type of service we needed. Most Realtors® can help you buy a home, but knowing that the Realtor® will still be there for you after the sale makes the process much less stressful, and Kiersten has been with us all the way."
